Makes no sense you set an appointment because you will still have to wait a minimum of one hour before you are seen. Doctor is a nice and caring doctor but she doesn't have enough help (stable and consistent help) to ensure that patients are able to come in and go out quickly and on schedule. The Nurse that is here has no customer service skills at all and is very unprofessional. It takes a while before your call is returned as well. There is no privacy (examination rooms are not sound proof) in the office even though there are private rooms; as such you will hear everything that the doctor and the patients discuss. The cost for the visit is not bad though, I guess you kinda get what you paid for.
