Kauffman Tire at 11094 Tara Boulevard, Hampton, Georgia.

Arrived at about noon on a Saturday for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Was told there was a two hour wait. Waited time was spot on and picked car up at 2:20. Was told they could not do oil change because of engine issues and said someone had told me before hand. This was not true. Told me they did not do rotation because they didn't think I would want to pay for it. They didn't even ask. Was about to leave but when I was leaving the parking lot my power breaks would not work. Staff seemed extremely annoyed that I told them this and that it was an inconvenience for them to look at the car to remedy the issue. Will NOT be coming back.
